Sugarcane Aphids (SCA) were reported in northern Reagan county last week. The field is flowering and was treated for the aphids. We need to keep our eyes open for SCA from here on out and not let them get out of hand. This is 6 weeks earlier than we detected them last year, so they may prove to be a bigger problem for us this year than last.
